Job Description:
As a Purchase Executive you will play a vital role in managing the procurement process for our organization. You will be responsible for researching vendors evaluating offers negotiating contracts tracking orders and maintaining accurate records. Additionally you will collaborate with warehouse staff and stay updated on industry trends to ensure efficient operations.

Education: Bachelors degree preferred
Experience: Purchasing: 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Research potential vendors and assess their suitability and reliability.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to obtain the best value for the organization.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing to optimize cost savings.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to meet organizational needs.
- Review the quality of purchased products to uphold standards and satisfaction.
- Enter order details including vendors quantities and prices into internal databases accurately.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products delivery information and invoices for transparency and accountability.
- Prepare reports on purchases including cost analyses and expenditure tracking to inform decisionmaking.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and distribution of goods.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay informed about industry trends and new products.

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer Purchasing Agent or similar role.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices including researching evaluating and liaising with vendors.
- Handson experience with purchasing software such as Procuring or SpendMap.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures and logistics management.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts/Purchase.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor\'s degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
