Job description

1. Maintain register of Attendance and other registers as per Factory act

2. Update leave card and same enter into payroll or excel sheet

3. Maintain all the register like bonus, wages, I-card etc.

4. Monitoring housekeeping activities at factory

5. Make sure that hygiene is maintain at work area as well as production area

6. Maintain Personnel file of all employees

7. Knowledge PF, ESIC, Bonus, Contractual Labour Act, LWF, Apprentice Act.

8. Help the employees for PF transfer and Withdrawal process

9. Assist for Vehicle management and driver management

10. Other HR and Admin Work
