Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience : 1. Graduate or Engineer with MBA degree 2. Previous working experience as category manager or brand manager (Beauty experience preferable) Key Responsibilities : 1. Vendor Management- Managing and maintaining vendor relationships in terms of developing business plans, promotions, activations , new product launches Negotiation skills 2.Assortment Planning of right Brand and SKU mix as per format and geography Ensure product availability Forecast Planning as per product and format demands 3.Inventory Management- Analyse and monitor stock performance Analyse stock turns and formulate plan of action Design exit strategies for unsuccessful products 4.Analytical skills Analyse data and share critical insights Analyse and adapt new consumer trends and want 5.Brand Management- Increase the perceived value of a product line or brand over time.Enable the price of products to go up and builds loyal customers through positive brand associations and images or a strong awareness of the brand.
