We acquire & serve Small Business Loans as well as MicroBanking customers in a 100% Digital Acquisition and Phygital Repayments mode. Our goal is to provide financial services to the unserved and underserved in the most efficient and innovative manner. We are located in Madhubani.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships with clients and partners, providing financial advice, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate will be located in Madhubani and will work closely with the Saksham team to meet the needs of our clients.
Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management and Sales skills
- Finance knowledge and expertise
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work with clients and partners from diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience in a financial institution or with loan disbursal is a plus
