Role Description Sanjay SP Gupta And Associates is seeking a full-time Paid / Articled Assistant with the option for a hybrid work model (onsite in Bengaluru and also some remote work from home). As an Paid /Articled Assistant, the chosen candidate will perform day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, financial advisory, and taxation tasks. Other duties include audit assignments, assistance in preparing financial statements and clients' tax returns, and keeping the Partners up-to-date with any issues relating to the clients. The Paid /Articled Assistant will report directly to the Partners. Qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or currently enrolled in an approved CA / CPA program Understanding and knowledge of basic accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulations, as well as direct and indirect taxation in India. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, ZohoBooks, or Busy. Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work efficiently and accurately. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in the work performed Ability to learn quickly and be proactive, and adaptable to new technology and software.Job tags
