Job Overview

Maharishi Ayurveda Product Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in the Pune, Maharashtra region. This is a full-time position with mid-level experience required (4 to 6 years).

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the Pharmaceuticals industry

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to develop action plans for improvement
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to the management team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
