Overview:
The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in our organization by managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. This position is essential for driving revenue growth client retention and satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for key accounts this role is instrumental in understanding client needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Strategically identify new business opportunities within key accounts
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and crossselling products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables
- Understand client needs and contribute to the development of customized solutions
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or relevant field
- Proven experience in key account management or sales
