Lead and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with IND AS Standalone and financial consolidation standards.
Drive the convergence of financial books from IGAAP to IND AS, staying updated on SEBI ICDR and LODR requirements.
Manage a team responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure activities.
Coordinate with and manage relationships with big 4 auditors, facilitating limited reviews and final reviews.
Utilize strategic planning skills at the management level to guide financial reporting initiatives.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to analyze and present financial data effectively.
Apply creative and critical thinking skills to address complex financial reporting challenges.
Maintain strong accounting and financial budgeting expertise to support accurate and reliable financial reporting
