Job Title: ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Senior Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and technologies, particularly within the ServiceNow platform. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering HRSD implementation projects, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet their needs, and providing guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end HRSD implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD module to meet client-specific needs, including case management, employee service center, HR knowledge management, onboarding, offboarding, and employee self-service.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for HRSD implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to enable them to effectively utilize the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in HR technology, particularly within the ServiceNow ecosystem, and apply knowledge to enhance solutions and services.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to build team capabilities in HRSD implementation and delivery.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology implementation, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including case management, onboarding, offboarding, employee self-service, and HR service delivery.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including HRSD, Service Portal, Workflow, and Integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proven track record of leading successful HRSD implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
