Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our remote team in Bangalore. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for the deployment and operation of our systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Utilize Azure Datastack components such as Data Factory, Storage Account, Key Vault, and Data Bricks for data processing and storage.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate deployment processes and streamline application delivery.
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaS) principles with ARM templates and Terraform.
- Configure and manage cloud networking resources to ensure secure and efficient communication between services.
- Monitor system health and performance using Azure Log Analytics, Datadog, and other monitoring tools.
- Implement containerization using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for managing containerized applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our DevOps practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Azure Datastack components.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub and experience with CI/CD methodologies, particularly GitHub Actions.
- Experience in infrastructure selection, configuration, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaS) using ARM templates and Terraform.
- Familiarity with cloud networking configurations and security best practices.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration.
- Knowledge of Azure Log Analytics and Datadog for monitoring and logging.
