Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients with requirements in data processing and analytics, finance and accounting, and other non-voice BPO services.
- Generate client interest in our BPO offerings, nurturing leads into tangible sales opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct discussions with prospects to understand their requirements and propose appropriate BPO solutions.
- Achieve and exceed inside-sales targets by effectively converting interest into opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements - Proven sales experience in the BPO industry, with a focus on data processing, finance and accounting, and non-voice services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and match them with appropriate services.
- Team player with a capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality BPO solutions and building long-term client relationships.
