Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as HR management, hiring, employer branding, and communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in the recruitment process, including hiring and employer branding
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in creating job postings and job descriptions
- Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
