Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and result oriented DCO manager with skills spanning from Creative Optimization, Stakeholder Management, Campaign Execution & QA, Strategize, Report & Analyze. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and maximizing the performance of our digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Studio and Smartly.

Job description:

1. Strategically plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns using DCO platforms like Studio and Smartly.io.

2. Continuously monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

4. Generate insightful reports detailing campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.

5. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on campaign progress and optimization strategies.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including branding teams, creative, analytics, media, CRM and account management, to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.

7. Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal product development efforts.

Requirement:

• Are a tech Graduate/MBA with experience performance marketing/Paid Search (PPC) & Paid Social Strategy

• Have hands on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Analytics, DV360 and CM360.

• Hands-on on DCO platforms like Smartly, Jivox, Studio would be a great advantage.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Advanced excel and Microsoft office skills
