Job description
One of our clients is leading NBFC in education lending space in India and provides education loans to Indian students.
They are looking to hire experienced senior operation professional to lead and manage team of senior operation managers in Mumbai.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for seamless operations and collaboration with stakeholder departments.
- Design and oversight of the operational processes supporting customer acquisition, portfolio servicing, reconciliation of collections, VAS of loans and various regulatory compliance of companies Digital and Non-Digital businesses.
- Disbursement and payment release for Non-Digital Business
- Empanelment of Channel Partners
- Management of Monthly EMI presentation
- NACH Mandate registration process
- Management of Receipt updation in system for Non-Digital Business
- Loan Management System (LMS) Change Requests UAT and deployment
- Controllership on regulatory and compliance deliverables
Key criteria to qualify for the role:
- Qualified degree with 16+ years of working experience in Banking or NBFC processes pertaining to loan onboarding, presentation of mandates and servicing processes during customer life cycle.
- In depth knowledge of LOS and LMS
- Solid people management and presentation skills
