Job description

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to acquire new customers.
Develop a deep understanding of our abrasive products and their applications to effectively educate and advise customers on product selection.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities.
Provide technical assistance and support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets may be required.
