Responsibilities:
- Craft visually appealing and mouthwatering hot dishes, emphasizing culinary excellence.
- Execute baking processes, ensuring top-notch taste and presentation for viennoiseries, bread, desserts, and more.
- Take charge of both hot kitchen and baking equipment, maintaining accountability.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of cooking and baking experience, with expertise in hot kitchen specialties and a focus on bread, viennoiserie and pastries.
- Adherence to safety protocols.
- Physical stamina for up to 9-hour shifts and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be Pune-based.
