Overview:
The Channel Sales Executive in Real Estate plays a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for the company by establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners. This role is essential in expanding the companys market reach and increasing sales revenue through effective collaboration with channel partners.
Location : Kilpauk Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with channel partners
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Negotiate and close deals with channel partners to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective support for channel partners
- Track analyze and report on channel sales performance
- Resolve issues and conflicts with channel partners to maintain a positive working relationship
- Conduct regular visits and communication with channel partners to assess needs and provide assistance
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and industry regulations
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the companys products
- Forecast sales and set performance goals
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual sales reports to management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Channel Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Indepth knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
- Strong strategic planning and sales forecasting abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to travel to meet with channel partners as needed
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience in conducting market research and analysis
- Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies
