Job description

• Firstsource Solutions Ltd is looking for Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business strategies
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to drive business growth
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to key stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; additional certifications are advantageous
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc) and SQL for data querying
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Certifications in business intelligence or data analysis
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R, etc) for data analysis
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and data mining techniques
