Job Title : Lead Data Scientist

Your Role:

• As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data science systems to analyze and extract value from large datasets. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, formulate problems, and deliver data-driven insights.
• Your role involves leading a team of data scientists and engineers in the development, testing, and deployment of algorithms, models, and machine learning systems. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data product roadmaps, define requirements, and prioritize projects.

You're the Right Fit If:

- You have at least 8-10 years of industry experience working on large-scale data science projects, with a proven track record of delivering business value.

- You have experience leading and managing data science teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.

- You are proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, and have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- You have deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining, and possess a strong understanding of experimental design and testing methodologies.

- You have experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive, and experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- You possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
