In this role, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and success.
As a Hiring Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit necessary to excel in their respective roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern recruitment techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across different levels of an organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Partner with hiring managers in creating and reviewing job descriptions and specifications
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify top talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Use effective and efficient interviewing methods to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Hiring Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
