Medical Affairs- Training Administrator

Job description
Provide training support cross MU for the Learning Management system (LMS) and Learning tools administration and deployment.
Key responsibilities
LMS management
- Serve as a liaison between internal Stakeholders, LMS and development
- Break strategies into tasks for development
- Provide training /guidance /user support when needed
- Act as an admin for the platform
- Share updates with links to new content to users on a quarterly basis via newsletter/email
- Communicate whats new to users and how the platform can be used to serve best their training plans = use different communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed (workshop / email / newsletter / assignment / video /EVA page)
Content management
- Initiate and ensure the effective and timely publication of learning content provided by MUs / Assist in publishing content by filling out content upload forms
- Convert content from any PPT to PDFs with watermarks for content that would be potentially downloadable
- Ensure automatic assignment of courses for onboarding is updated as needed
- Liaise with key stakeholders (e.g. x-MU Content Owners), as needed, to maintain a training catalogue, i.e. get further input, and identify potential gaps or outdated content and need for new content development or content update
- Support improvement of content material being uploaded by working with MU Leads and subject matter experts as needed
- Input into the design, development, customization, and deployment of training content with learning vendors when needed
- Ensure training material is in line with the companys identity
- Gather, analyze, and address metrics, participant feedback, and reporting to ensure high-quality and efficient learning solutions.
- Provide metrics regularly and/or on demand by internal Stakeholders
Cross-MU Tools administration
- Know and understand all cross-MU tools that are available
- Be the point of contact to help administer tools as they are deployed by each MU eg liaising with tool vendors to decide on timelines and transferring attendee lists, Q&A and resources etc as appropriate
- Create meeting invitations and communication on tool deployment on behalf of MU on request
Candidate
- An organized and skilled professional with a background in Science and Medical Affairs experience
- Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders from a range of functions and at varying levels of seniority
- Process oriented and able to suggest improvements that can expedite new and existing processes
- Able to take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
- Interest in and ability to work with novel tools, digital processes and potentially AI driven tools
- The ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively is essential to this role
Education level
Graduate degree strongly preferred.
Professional experience
Minimum 2-3 years of Medical Affairs or Industry experience
Expected Travel
Little to no travel requirement
