Job Description:
Front Desk – Is a customer -facing position responsible for providing, administrative and customer service support. A front desk representative is a professional who is the first point of contact for all the guests and vendors of a business. They greet customers, answer phone calls, receive and deliver mail and assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies.
Duties also include co-ordinating customer/client visits, scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events and responding to emails.
Essential Requirement:
Right aptitude and attitude
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Exposure to Microsoft office tools
Flexible on timing
Good to have:
One to two years of prior experience
Exposure to international community
A curious and enthusiastic learner.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Proactive approach to responsibilities.
Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.
Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to handle and work under pressure.
