Role: AGM – Taxation and Accounts Industry Type: Real Estate Department: Finance & Accounting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Accounts & Taxation
Education and Experience Required CA with ~8+ years of experience in handling of Finalisation of Accounts, Direct Taxes and Transfer Pricing, Merger and Amalgamation. Excellent in dealing with tax authorities to the level of JCCT/ Commissioner of Direct Taxes/ITAT matters. Excellent Attitude and Go Getter. Job Description 1. Timely preparation & submission of direct taxes compliance reports, forms & returns of assigned area. 2. Coordination and Completion of Tax Audit and Statutory Audit. 3. Good working knowledge of the Finalisation of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements. 4. Adherence to accounting standards & internal controls 5. Evaluate and suggest Transfer Pricing at arm's length 6. Review of related party agreements & advice on tax strategies. 7. Litigation Management drafting, representation, appeals etc. 8. Various Tax Strategies 9. Compilation of monthly/quarterly data, preparation of returns and e-filing of corporate tax returns. 10. Corporate Tax Assessments 11. Facilitation in preparation of details of Assessment and appeal proceedings. 12. Facilitation in calculation, computation and deposit of Advance Tax, TDS transaction & filing of TDS return. 13. Supervision of TDS Detail for Individual and proper handling of declaration forms and Investment papers of employees. 14. Facilitation in preparation & issuance of Form No. 16 and 16A. 15. Facilitation in regulatory works related to taxation & allied laws. 16. Supervision of challans for e-deposit of Taxes like Advance Tax, Self-assessment Tax and TDS. Skills Required 1. Proficient knowledge of the Finalisation of Accounts, Direct Tax (Income Tax) & allied laws 2. Analytical Skills & solution oriented mindset 3. Working Knowledge of the Income Tax Act, Companies Act etc. 4. Expert knowledge of MS Office/Excel 5. Experience of Working in an SAP/ ERP environmentJob tags
