Role: Network Engineer
Our Story Zepto is a fast-growing startup that delivers groceries in 10 minutes flat through an optimized network of dark stores that we're building across the country! We’re scaling up rapidly across India with operations live across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad. We’ve also built out one of the best startup teams in India, with Senior Executives from Uber, Flipkart, Dream11, CRED and institutions like Stanford, INSEAD, IIM, and IIT. What do you need? • Work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role. • Should have Comprehensive understanding of network services and networks. • In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers and printers. • Ability to analyse and evaluate networks, identify issues and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently. • Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and security infrastructure. • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. • Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers. • Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols. • Network security experience. Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs. • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS/Android/IOS environments • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.Job tags
