Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Indirect Taxation, located in Pune. As a Manager - Indirect Taxation, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of indirect taxation. This includes tax planning, compliance, and regulations for goods and service tax (GST) and other indirect taxes. You will also need to oversee preparation of GST returns, responses to notices, appeals, and any other related issues. As a people leader, the Manager - Indirect Taxation will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of tax professionals, ensuring a high standard of client deliverables and quality work product. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in law, commerce, or accounting Qualified Chartered Accountant At least 5+ years’ experience in indirect taxation (GST, Customs, FTP) Must have the latest GST knowledge and work experience in handling GST matters Familiarity with various GST Softwares, such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Tally, etc. Good communication skills Excellent team management and mentoring skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and principles is desired If you meet these qualifications and are passionate about providing exceptional client service, while being part of a dynamic and growing team, we encourage you to apply.Job tags
