As we scale up our operations we seek rockstars with a proven successful selling and user acquisition
track record. Our perfect fit for this role will be persuasive ambitious meticulous and have excellent
communication and negotiation skills. A natural leader is expected to strategise nurture and close
leads. You will work with our super enthusiastic commercial product and clinical teams. As we are on
full throttle in expansion mode you are expected to be a multitasker with solid account management
skills.
Roles and responsibilities
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales
service.
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Utilising virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Processing customers purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure
the timely delivery of ordered product
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the
purchasing process.
- Follow up on potential customers sales inquiries through website chats emails and inbound
calls.
- Conducting demos

Education/Experience Desired skill set
- MBA or equivalent degree/ Alternative medicine
- Having 5-6 years of proven experience in inside sales / SAAS selling/ healthcare sales
- Advising customers on suitable product ion based on their needs and specifications.
- Communication skills: must be able to communicate effectively through various channels such
as phone email and Whatsapp campaigns. Must be articulate persuasive and clearly explain
complex services to prospects.
- Sales skills: Inside sales representatives must be skilled in sales techniques such as
prospecting lead generation qualifying leads objection handling and closing deals. They
should be able to create sales presentations proposals and contracts.
- Technology skills: Should be comfortable using CRM software (SFDC) email marketing tools
and WhatsApp marketing. Should be able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Time management skills: Should be able to manage their time effectively to prioritise sales
activities follow up with prospects and meet sales targets.
- Teamwork: Should work effectively with other departments such as marketing and customer
service to coordinate sales efforts and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Adaptability: adapt to changing customer needs market conditions and sales strategies.
- Setting up demos for potential customers
- Can speak two or more vernacular languages
