Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agricultural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Agriculture Engineering and a passion for advancing agricultural practices through the design, development and validation of cutting-edge machinery and equipment.

Roles and responsibilities: ·

To study and identify field level requirements for a new equipment/machinery ·

Provide insights and suggestions for the design and development of new agricultural machinery and equipment. ·

Collaborate with other engineering professionals on specific projects for effective solutions. ·

Collaborate with agronomists to ensure that machinery aligns with field level practices. ·

Develop methodologies for equipment validations to assess the performance of equipment. ·

Plan and organize field demonstrations to showcase the functionality and performance of new agriculture

machinery and equipment. ·

Gather feedback from farmers and end-user to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. ·

Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and advancements in agricultural engineering for

continuous improvement in machinery design.

Educational Qualifications: ·

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering. ·

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ·

Familiarity with agricultural tools, equipment, and machinery. ·

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
