Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience.
Should be adept at written and verbal communication.Â
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via email and chat
Helping new customers choose the right gift for their Birthdays, Anniversaries and special occasions
Helping existing customers with the status of their orders and grievances
