Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Senior Delivery Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in .Net development as well as expertise in IOS Android and comprehensive delivery management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities to oversee the endtoend delivery of projects and ensure the successful execution of complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Management:
- Oversee and manage the endtoend delivery of projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective delivery strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Technology Expertise:
- Possess deep expertise in .Net development IOS and Android platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure the delivery of highquality solutions.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives scope and deliverables.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to align project outcomes with organizational objectives.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients addressing concerns and providing strategic insights.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
- Implement proactive measures to ensure the successful resolution of challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on project delivery.
- Strong background in .Net development and handson experience with IOS and Android platforms.
- Proven track record in delivery management including successful completion of complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
