Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head. I will be responsible for managing a group of farms within a specific geographical region. The role involves day-to-day farm management, implementing new farming techniques, managing the supply chain, overseeing financials, and maximizing yield through innovative methods.
Qualifications
- M.Sc.Horticulture
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and technology
- Experience managing a broad range of crops and implementing new farming techniques
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage processes that drive results
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing a team of employees
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial management
- Passionate about sustainable farming and nature conservation
