The Opportunity:
In this exciting role as an Associate, you will have multiple responsibilities. Manage key client relationships while
overseeing project delivery. You will be instrumental in strategizing client engagements, fostering innovation, and ensuring
the highest level of service delivery. You will also be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights. We are

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Client Relationship Management:
Spearhead client meeting and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity in
project objectives and deliverables. Influence team decisions to make clients problems/goals the top priority.
Create and foster a working relationship with assigned clients. Anticipate needs and identify opportunities for
account growth.
Uphold high standards of service delivery, managing client expectations and project timelines effectively.
Oversee contractual agreements, invoicing, and other commercial aspects of client engagements.
Proposal Creation: Develop persuasive proposals that highlight AICL's strengths, unique offerings, and how we
can add value to prospective clients' projects.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition
and strengthen AICL's position in the market.
Assist senior team members in resolving project-related challenges.
Operations, Process, and Systems:
Employ data visualization tools such as, Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint to create
compelling visualizations.
Maintenance of metrics, analysis, and dashboards, producing reports and presentations on a monthly, quarterly,
and annual basis, as well as ad-hoc reports. Collaborate with team leaders to support strategic data initiatives.
Document reporting processes, methodologies, and data definitions to ensure consistency and transparency.
Play a key role on cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and training to help teams ask meaningful
questions, interpret data, and take action.
1-3 years of progressive experience in consultancy, design agency, or corporate communications firm, with a
focus on client management.

Experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to oversee complex initiatives and deliverables.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Track record of building and nurturing enduring client relationships, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
Deep technical, hands-on experience in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive data.
