Comfortable to move DubaiJob Description :Google Apps Script Development :- Create and maintain custom triggers within Google applications to automate workflows.- Develop custom shortcut buttons within Gmail to perform specific actions, improving user experience and efficiencyOutlook and Gmail Customization :- Customize Outlook and Gmail interfaces by creating custom buttons for task shortcuts.- Implement features that automatically open relevant shipment folders or initiate actions upon button clicks.Logic Building and Workflow Automation :- Utilize logic building skills to streamline processes using JotForm's and other low-code software.- Collaborate with the operations team to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.- Develop and implement custom workflows to enhance efficiency in various operational tasks.Webhook Integration and Automation :- Understand and implement webhooks to facilitate automation across different software platforms, including Jotform, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.- Integrate various services and platforms using REST APIs, with specific knowledge of Google Drive API.Data Extraction and Manipulation :- Extract specific data from emails or documents using Regular Expressions (Regex).- Manipulate data using Python libraries like Pandas or OpenPyXLWeb Development and APIs :- Develop simple web interfaces or APIs using HTML/CSS and Flask or any other web framework for triggering automation tasks.Collaboration and Version Control :- Collaborate with team members using Git for version control and code sharing.Continuous Learning and Adaptation : - Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in the automation space.- Learn and explore Microsoft's PowerAutomate to identify opportunities for automation through Robotic Process Automation (RPA)PowerAutomate (RPA) Learning :- Learn and explore Microsoft's PowerAutomate.- Propose and implement automation tasks through RPA to enhance overall process efficiency.Job Skills :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 2+ years of strong coding experience, preferably in Google Apps Script.- Familiarity with Outlook and Gmail customization.- Logic-building skills for workflow design using Jotforms and low-code platforms.- Understanding of webhooks and experience in software automation.- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON/XML manipulation.- Knowledge of data extraction techniques, including Regular Expressions and data manipulation libraries.- Basic understanding of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Postgres).- Experience with document and file handling libraries for PDF manipulation and email processing- Proficiency in web development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Flask or similar frameworks.- Proficient in Git for version control.- Eagerness to learn and explore Microsoft's PowerAutomate for RPA.- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsComfortable to move Dubai (ref:hirist.tech)
