**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and route them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist in administrative tasks and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients and potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
**Qualifications:**
- Fluency in Hindi and Telugu languages is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
**Working Hours:**
- 6 days a week
