Role Description
We are in search of an accomplished Conference Producer with a robust background in orchestrating and delivering events centered around Blockchain and decentralized technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Web3 technologies and the broader decentralized ecosystem. As a Conference Producer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing top-tier conferences that unite industry experts, thought leaders, and stakeholders in the Web3 arena.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Conduct in-depth research on Web3 technologies, collaborate with experts, and curate compelling session topics.
- Speaker Acquisition: Identify and extend invitations to high-profile speakers, ensuring their alignment with the conference's objectives.
- Logistics and Operations: Oversee event logistics, contribute to venue selection, and collaborate closely with the events team for seamless execution.
- Marketing and Promotion: Devise and implement effective marketing strategies, working in tandem with the marketing team to ensure successful promotion.
- Audience Engagement: Cultivate a positive environment conducive to networking and collaboration, actively seek feedback for continuous enhancement.

- Experience in conference production and event management
