What you'll do:
- SMB Business Expansion: Lead the growth and expansion of our SMB business segment by devising innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth
- GTM Strategies: Craft compelling narratives tailored to the unique needs of our target audience. Develop and implement strategic plans considering market dynamics, client requirements, and competitive landscape
- Market Interaction: Proactively engage with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Brand Solutions, PRS, and Ad Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and initiatives
- Market Insights: Acquire a profound understanding of the digital landscape, digital agencies, and SMB clientele. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities
- Sales Support and Enablement: Actively support the Sales team by providing strategic guidance, enabling client education, acquisition, and retention efforts. Devise client onboarding and retention strategies and serve as the primary contact for sales enablement across client categories and digital agencies
- Pricing Strategy and Optimization: Develop and maintain pricing strategies, demand, and yield planning initiatives to optimize revenue generation
- Revenue Growth Initiatives: Identify key categories and advertisers, establish revenue aspirations based on digital video media spends, and provide strategic advice for client creative solutions and overall business development
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Adtech Planning and Product Innovation, driving post-campaign evaluations, competition analysis, and revenue tracking
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between the team and V18 POCs from a sales/revenue perspective, fostering productive partnerships and ensuring alignment with company goals
Who should apply:
- Demonstrable experience in business development, sales, or analogous roles, preferably within digital platforms, OTT, social media, or sports channels
- Profound understanding of digital agencies and SMB clients
- Proven capability to devise effective Go-To-Market strategies that resonate with market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Candidates with ability to inspire the team to deliver results and comfortable with data and analytics to build client strategies
- Candidates with experience working with and managing various stakeholders – internal as well as external
- Candidates with 10-14 years of total experience of revenue/product strategy, customer success or account management experience in Digital Enterprise
- Preferred Qualifications is MBA from Tier 1 institute
