As an L2 Engineer, you are part of a 24/5 support for Oracle Finance and SCM support team that is responsible for migration, incident operations, problem investigation, management, and resolution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address customer needs and react quickly to support and operations issues. You will be involved in the support and migration of Oracle Finance and SCM modules, Agile PLM from On-Prem EBS to the Oracle ERP Cloud.
The Application Support group is a part of NetApp's IT function and is responsible for a wide range of applications expertise. As a part of a team, you will help to ensure that team objectives and operational goals are met.
Essential functions:
. Provide specific technology operations support during assigned shift. Handle incident tickets, migrations, speak with end-users, work on problem tickets, and resolve critical operations issues rapidly and effectively.
. Hands on Oracle EBS (R12,11i) with proficient knowledge in Order Management, Inventory, AP, GL, FA, AR, PO.
. Good knowledge in Order to Cash(O2C) and Procure to Pay(P2P) Business Flows.
. Oracle Fusion cloud is an added advantage.
. Experience in administering Agile 9.3.x or above (create/Modify WF, Roles and Privileges, ACS, use of Agile admin tools, create events, handlers and subscribers, manage data, system, server and user settings).
. Experience in migration of Oracle modules from On-Prem to Oracle ERP Cloud.
. Analyze the Legacy Tools and map with Agile PLM and ERP integration.
. Experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design and implementation.
. Technical knowledge of Oracle SQL, PLSQL, BI reports and Oracle Databases is expected.
. Should possess strong analytical & problem solving skills. Efficient in verbal & written communication skills.
. Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
. Support all formal documentation of solutions, including requirements for product extensions,etc.
. Reporting to customers and management on status, resources needs and projected outcomes.
. Creative approach to problem solving.
. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines.
. Willingness to work shifts or be on call, which may occur during off hours or on weekends or on holidays.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
. An associate's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other related field is required or equivalent experience.
. Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks.
