Job description

Client Relationship & Business Development
• Prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, etc.
• Maintaining and growing existing business by making presentations; explaining service
benefits; upselling, etc.
• Preparing proposals and presentations
• Managing sales resources within their scope
• Collaborating with GKAMs and KAMs on key account development
• Collaborate on high value-added service development
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with potential clients and ensure successful
implementation of service delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
• Enter client details and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Monitor and track sales activities and maintain regular reporting to management.
• Follow the process of document approval and ensure that all records are accurately
archived.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed.

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and
network with potential clients.
• Provide feedback to management on industry trends and customer needs to drive
innovation and service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
