Position         : Credit Control Executive (Account Receivable)

Job Location : Vadodara

Job Requirement :

• B.Com with 6+ Years experience in account Receivable from any manufacturing Industries

 

Job Role :

• Sales Management.
• Receivables Management.
• Oracle report generation MIS generation in excel
• Collections.
• Scheme Management. Incentive Calculation & Disbursements.

 

Description of Job Profile

• Sales Management

• Distributor Agreement
• New Customer Code Opening
• MIS flow

 

• Knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxes

• GST basic Knowledge
• TDS 194Q,206H,194I basic Knowledge

 

• Collections

• Collection follow up with customer/sales
• Timely entry bank entry, bank reconciliations
• Accounting Treatment of the Payments received

 

• Receivable Management

• Publishing of Receivables Statement
• Collection Plan
• Follow Up on Collection Plan
• Credit Notes
• Balance Confirmation

 

• Scheme Management

• Regular Commercial Scheme as per Standard Sales Policy
• Special Schemes Floated Time to Time ( Monthly, Quarterly &
• Half Yearly) ,ATOD

 

• Customer Management
• KYC of New code opened, Master Cheque, Payments Terms , Credit Limit review.
• MIS
• Outstanding Report
• Collection Report
• Report on Balance Confirmation
• Monthly MIS AR Days ,other Report
• Summary Report on Credit Notes

Additional Skills / Experience required:

• Proficiency in SAP/Oracle
• Proficiency in Excel
• Account receivable, bank reconcile , accounting compliance
