Job Description :We are searching for an experienced and talented Senior Django Developer to join our team. As a Senior Django Developer, you will lead the development and maintenance of high-quality web applications using the Django framework. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that meet our business objectives.Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Django framework.- Architect and develop robust backend solutions, including RESTful APIs, database models, and business logic.- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend functionality.- Design and optimize database schemas for performance, scalability, and reliability.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.- Optimize web applications for performance, responsiveness, and security.- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, including user authentication, permissions, and access controls.- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate deployment and monitoring processes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Django developments, tools, and trends, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in best practices, coding techniques, and project execution.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.- Proven experience as a Django Developer, with at least 5 years of experience in developing web applications using the Django framework.- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.- Extensive experience with Django framework, including Django ORM, Django REST framework, and Django templates.- Solid understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, and client-server architecture.- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Proficiency in database design and SQL, with experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and code collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a strong attention to detail.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities is a bonus.Why Join Us :- Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects with a collaborative and passionate team.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work and flexible hours.- Career growth and development opportunities in a supportive and inclusive work culture.
