Job description

Purpose of Job Compensation analysts support by analysing and determining employee's compensation. This job requires professionals to have experience with compensation research and data analysis. Hands-on with excel and should have handled massive excel data

Specific Job Responsibilities 1. Help prepare internal data to help us participate in Market. 2. Review process and analyze results of compensation surveys uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends. 3. Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position. 4. Prepares and maintains job classifications. 5. Provide analysis of data and help us making decisions. 6. Utilize excel-based reporting to build models and analyze data. 7. Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information. 8. Assist in incentive plan design and implementation as required. 9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 10. Serve as a subject matter expert for all areas under the scope of responsibilities

Relevant Functional/Technical Skills or Industry Experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Must have advanced level Microsoft Excel skills Must have strong quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with ability to research and analyse various types of data Experience working with large amounts of data Maintaining highest level of confidentiality.

Relevant Professional / Educational Background Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required. 2+ years relevant work experience
