MicroGO uses material science, engineering, microbiology, and biotechnology to provide customized solutions that meet clients' specific needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with key accounts, creating and executing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and collecting and analyzing data to generate insights and make informed business decisions.

????Create, Develop, and execute the sales strategy.

????Maintain current clients and create opportunities to upsell sell, cross sell .????Identify and secure new business opportunities.

????Build relationships with existing accounts to secure long-term growth & Customer retention .

????Build, manage and maintain a sales pipeline with accurate activity and forecasting.

????Presentation and demonstration of products and systems

????Work collaboratively with pan India KA & cross-functional teams

????Market survey, competitor analysis to understand gaps of our services

???????????????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????:

☛Excellent Customer Relationship management skills

☛Good communication - both verbal and written

☛Proven track record of customer management and business development

☛Ability to work with cross-functional teams

☛Ability to handle pressure, taking ownership of key processes in a challenging environment.

☛Willing to travel extensively
