Integral Ad Science is currently seeking a Billing Operations Administrator to join our Finance team. The role will report to the Global Billing Manager and will be part of a team of five core billing team members based in the United States that oversees all billing functions globally.
Job Duties & Responsibilities - Maintain Account Updates on Customer Profiles
- Manage SFDC Cases
- Manage Finance and Partner Questionnaire's
- Generate Monthly Client Reporting
- Manage Client Portal uploads.
- Assist in gathering information for annual audit.
- Support other members of the Billing Dept. as needed.
Key Requirements - Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and other financial applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with guidance.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently.
