Job description We are in search of a Creative Team Lead. It’s a role with a high level of ownership over Social Media strategy, content creation and overall support for a large B2B company, one of Fortune 500 brands.

Core Creative Team Lead responsibilities Creative Brainstorm, develop and deliver campaigns and social media content Develop master visual concepts in line with the internal creative brief and the campaigns’ objectives. Work closely with copywriters, designers, video producers to deliver innovative social media content. Supervise the production and timely delivery of creative design in-line with business goals and brand objectives, ensuring 'best in class' creative at all times.

Strategic / Leadership Understand client business, social media strategy, tone of voice and existing practices. Lead the creative process and implementation of milestones campaigns. Identify content creation opportunities, plan content calendars. Present the output in front of clients, provide strategic recommendations. Bring in the newest knowledge about Social Media best practices to the team, and implement them for our clients. Work with the team to create content strategies for different social media platforms, identify opportunities for our customers to tap into potential of new platforms.

Requirements 6-9 years of experience, at least 2 years in Marketing Agency (working within creative delivery team, ideally on Social Media content). B2B marketing understanding and experience. High proficiency in written and spoken English. Proven track record in social media campaign creation. Deep passion and interest in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok). Ability to supervise, direct and project-manage cross-functional teams.

Nice to haves: Degree in Business management, marketing or communications. Experience with Project management software to organize work.
