Seeking a talented Installation, training and support specialist with technical experience, who has a demonstrated ability to deliver software, is tech-savvy, and enjoys a vast array of disciplines including installation, data configuration, training end-users, and can provide helpdesk support to end-users.

This is a full time position and is available now.

Candidates who meet the below pre-requisites and possess a proven track record in delivering and supporting software applications, are invited to apply.

This position will suit candidates with the following background and who meet some or all of these pre-requisites :

• 2+ years proven experience  in technical or software installations
• Experience with software interfaces
• Experience with database management (ideally MS SQL Server) and web applications
• Be technically competent, including Windows O/S, MS SQL Server and a basic understanding of XML is ideal
• Have worked in the club, point of sale, spa, golf or activity management arena
• Very strong written and spoken English as an essential requirement
• Ability to travel internationally occasionally for installations (global potential)

This role primarily works with hotels and resorts on a worldwide basis to implement and configure our solutions to best meet our customers business requirements, including:

• Consulting to end-user customers on best practices, and how to get the most out of our solutions
• Deploy training for end users on how to use our solutions
• Provide troubleshooting, support and maintenance assistance to customers at the highest level of service

Salary range is commensurate to background and experience. Ideal candidates may have worked in a similar role, or work for a point of sale company in a similar field around installations and support.

• Provide the highest levels of customer service
