Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Conduct property presentations and organize viewings. - Doing outbound calls for collections and achieving assigned targets - Support the sales team in documentation and paperwork. - Stay informed about real estate market trends. - Gather and analyze customer feedback. - Maintain accurate customer records.
