Responsibilities
Develop and deliver technical documentation for financial software systems while adhering to agreed terminology, style guide, and editorial quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers (internal and external) with quality documentation within a defined timeline
- Create, update, and edit functional, technical, and user documentation
- Work closely with Product, Business Analysts, Development, and QA to gather detailed requirements
- Edit presentations
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a technical writer in a computer software company
- Excellent technical writing skills with technically complex documentation experience
- Ability to extract information from very busy Subject Matter Experts
- Ability to utilize different documentation tools in order to create and compile the documentation
- Excellent English writing skills
- Microsoft Word expert an advantage
- Madcap Flare knowledge is an advantage
- Financial background an advantage
