Job description

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical documentation for financial software systems while adhering to agreed terminology, style guide, and editorial quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide our customers (internal and external) with quality documentation within a defined timeline
  • Create, update, and edit functional, technical, and user documentation
  • Work closely with Product, Business Analysts, Development, and QA to gather detailed requirements
  • Edit presentations

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a technical writer in a computer software company
  • Excellent technical writing skills with technically complex documentation experience
  • Ability to extract information from very busy Subject Matter Experts
  • Ability to utilize different documentation tools in order to create and compile the documentation
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Microsoft Word expert an advantage
  • Madcap Flare knowledge is an advantage
  • Financial background an advantage
