Role- Candidate having experience as Business Analyst in Lifesciences background Exp-4-6 Years Location- Bangalore/ Mumbai (Thane)

Role- • This role uses judgement from planning expertise and drug/ vaccine development experience to integrate R&D strategy and schedule template knowledge into high quality complex drug/ vaccine development plans; specifically, the role is responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining the integrated pipeline project schedule (with appropriate work packages to reflect the work required), for recommending changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects to stakeholders, and for working with the drug/ vaccine development team and functional area partners to deliver robust, aligned, fit for purpose plans. • The Project Planning Manager role is responsible for providing planning support for less complex R&D drug development projects. • The role requires knowledge of benchmark data and its application to influence the development of competitive project plans. • Responsible for monitoring progress against approved project plans, noting deviations and working with the Project Manager to suggest corrective actions. • Contribute to strategic scenario planning and analysis through the development of alternative planning schedules highlighting time, value and budget advantages for development team and portfolio decision making. • Responsible for taking approved baselines and project baselines, and responsible for flagging deviations compared to those baselines to the Project Manager. • Responsible for optimisation of the critical path, regular review of progress against critical path and communication with the Project Manager and for monitoring/ highlighting near critical path activities that could impact project schedule. • As part of monthly cadence, work with the Functional Project Managers to ensure all plans are aligned and reflect the current strategy. • This position must understand the importance of accurate data, how to use it through highly adept technical skills, and how to interpret data to draw conclusions so that others can make decisions and problem solve. • Coordinate the creation of new projects, project ID requests and help ensure accurate metadata. • Manage aspects of the Project Finances (EPE) including Life of Estimate at Completion, monthly expenses, and reconciliation, on behalf of the Project Manager who remains accountable. • Manage aspects of the Project Resource (FTE/IPE) including Life of Resource forecast at Completion, monthly actuals effort, and reconciliation, on behalf of the Project Manager who remains accountable. •Run resource reports to manage project resource/ budget requirements, identify variance and if required suggest corrective action; work closely with the Project Manager and matrix team to help ensure estimates are accurate, gaps are addressed, and progress monitored. • Improve the system data quality by assuring schedule compliance to established business rules, standards, and ways of working along with the accountable Pipeline Project Manager. • Establish and manage project status reports, performance dashboards, projects roadmaps, and determine appropriate follow up for Project Manager, or other functions. • Support the Project Manager in preparation for governance by ensuring that resource and budget estimates are accurate and have been verified with functional lines and creating plan visuals highlighting critical path. • Ensure Project Manager has timely and accurate data on areas including resource, cost, schedule, to support better decision-making. • Manage and coordinate core project document reviews and archiving (Team site maintenance, archiving of project documentations, presentations, etc.) • Coordinate and support the risk and issue management process, ensuring the risks register is reviewed and updated regularly, and risks are translated as appropriate within the project plan. • Support the organization of Medicines/Vaccines Development Teams or related team meetings (workshops etc), as appropriate, contributing to building high performing teams.

Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required •Drug development, Project management & planning expertise, analytical, organized, detail oriented. • Demonstrated track record of working across organizational boundaries. • Demonstrated expertise in range of role essential skills (e.g., data analysis, problem resolution, enterprise project management tools) • Demonstrated effective interpersonal communications and negotiation skills for senior audiences. • Enterprise thinker with natural curiosity and the ability to explore new ideas and interrogate data
