JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Proficiency:

Design and implement Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture for a small/mid size projects

Outcomes:

  1. Design and implement the architecture for the projects
  2. Guide and review technical delivery by project teams
  3. Provide technical expertise to other projects

Measures of Outcomes:

  1. # of reusable components / processes developed # of times components / processes reused
  2. Contribution to technology capability development (e.g. Training Webinars Blogs)
  3. Customer feedback on overall technical quality (zero technology related escalations)
  4. Relevant Technology certifications
  5. Business Development (# of proposals contributed to # Won)
  6. # white papers/document assets published / working prototypes

Outputs Expected:

Solution Definition and Design:
  1. Define Architecture for the small/mid-sized kind of project
  2. Design the technical framework and implement the same
  3. Present the detailed design documents to relevant stakeholders and seek feedback
  4. Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance from the senior architect
  5. Implement best optimized solution and resolve performance issues
Requirement gathering and Analysis:
  1. Understand the functional and non-functional requirements
  2. Collect non-functional requirements (such as response time
    throughput numbers
    user load
    etc.) through discussions with SMEs
    business users
  3. Identify technical aspects as part of story definition
    especially at an architecture / component level
Project Management Support:
  1. Share technical inputs with Project Managers/ SCRUM Master
  2. Help SCRUM Masters / project managers to understand the technical risks and come up with mitigation strategies
  3. Help Engineers and Analysts overcome technical challenges
Technology Consulting:
  1. Analysis of technology landscape
    process
    tools based on project objectives
Business and Technical Research:
  1. Understand Infrastructure architecture and its' criticality to: analyze and assess tools (internal/external) on specific parameters
  2. Understand Infrastructure architecture and its criticality to Support Architect/Sr. Architect in drafting recommendations based on findings of Proof of Concept
  3. Understand Infrastructure architecture and its criticality to: analyze and identify new developments in existing technologies (e.g. methodologies
    frameworks
    accelerators
    etc.)
Project Estimation:
  1. Provide support for project estimations for business proposals and support sprint level / component level estimates
  2. Articulate estimation methodology
    module level estimations for more standard projects with focus on effort estimation alone
Proposal Development:
  1. Contribute to proposal development of small to medium size projects from technology/architecture perspective
Knowledge Management & Capability Development::
  1. Conduct technical trainings/ Webinars to impart knowledge to CIS / project teams
  2. Create collaterals (e.g. case study

  3. Gain industry standard certifications on technology and architecture consulting
  4. Contribute to knowledge repository and tools

Data Center Validation Architect(8+ Years) Key Responsibilities: . Develop robust validation strategy for IaaS services, covering provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of bare metal and virtualized servers specifically designed for highly scalable AI workloads. . Create test cases and implementation plans to ensure the proper functioning and performance of IaaS components, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking. . Develop fully automated validation framework and deploy it for the scaling needs . Collaborate with DevOps team for the fully automated deployment of IaaS services and validate them using the automated test cases . Identify and resolve service-related issues to maintain high availability and reliability with KPI. . Analyze the performance of IaaS and PaaS resources and work to optimize resource allocation and utilization. . Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance and reduce latency. . Ensure data center infrastructure and services meet security and compliance standards, including data encryption, access controls, and compliance audits. . Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and implement security best practices. . Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to IaaS and PaaS services. . Generate regular reports on the performance, capacity, and health of the data center infrastructure. Requirements . Deep experience in data center management and validation, with a focus on IaaS Components/Services. . Strong knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies (Kuebernetes, Open Stack, Docker, KVM). . Strong expertise in linux and scripting languages . Expertise in network, storage architecture for an optimal infrastructure setup . Working experience in security and compliance standards for the data center operations. . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. . Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus. Azure Kubernetes(8+ Years) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer with a focus on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, deploying, and managing containerized applications within the Azure cloud environment. This role involves working closely with development teams, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient deployment practices. Key Responsibilities: . Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters on Azure using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). . Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and deploy them using AKS. . Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications on AKS. . Optimize and scale AKS clusters based on application requirements and performance metrics. . Ensure the security and compliance of AKS environments. . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AKS deployments. . Stay updated on the latest Azure and Kubernetes features and best practices. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. . 8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on cloud technologies. . Proven experience in designing and implementing Kubernetes clusters on Azure using AKS. . Deep understanding of containerization technologies, especially Docker. . Proficient in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, Python, or similar. . Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps. . Strong knowledge of Azure services and architecture. .
