About the role Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Operations Specialist. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to ensure a seamless booking experience for our corporate clients.
Responsibilities: Experience in handling Booking reconfirmations and handling guest issues Hands on experience in utilizing OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms for hotel and travel reservations. Proficiency in managing booking amendments and booking payments Manage sold out bookings to maximize revenue and provide alternative solutions for clients Process and manage third party supplier bookings to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including reservation, booking amendments, and communication with clients and suppliers. Desired Candidate Profile : Bachelor's or higher degree in Hospitality Management or related fields 1 year of relevant experience Good communication, time-management, and leadership skills Experience in handling OTA platform Willingness and availability to work in rotational shiftJob tags
