Job description
Candidates with a minimum 1 to 2 years of IT Service Desk experience - Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills; and willing to work in rotational shifts and/or flexible shifts as per business requirement.

Candidates with a minimum 1 to 2 years of IT Service Desk experience
Technical Skills:
Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, MFA, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint.
Active listening and probing skills.
Effective business communication skills.
Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.
Non-Technical Skills :
Receptive for feedback and willing to learn.
Positive attitude and team player.
Any graduate.
